REFUND POLICY

Every original painting is created or selected with care, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase. I strive to communicate clearly throughout the process and am always happy to answer questions before an order is placed.

 

Original Paintings

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales of original paintings are final.

 

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, all print sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the damage so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

Commissioned Artwork

Custom commissions are governed by the Commission Agreement signed prior to the start of the project.

A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your place on my painting schedule and covers the design, planning, and initial work involved in creating your painting. The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
